Account data (name, email), assessment data you provide (body metrics, goals, health screening answers, food and training preferences), weekly check-in data (weight, adherence, optional notes and photos), and usage analytics. Payment details are processed by Stripe — we never store your card number.
Solely to operate the service: generating and adapting your nutrition and training plans (including processing by our AI provider, Anthropic, under contractual confidentiality), sending service emails, and improving the product. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share health information with advertisers.
Your assessment includes health-related answers. We use them only to keep your plan safe and appropriate. They are encrypted at rest where sensitive and visible only to you and, if human review is active, our quality team.
You may access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Deleting your account removes your personal data from our production systems within 30 days. California residents: we honor CCPA requests at the address below; we do not "sell" or "share" personal information as defined by the CCPA.
Data is retained while your account exists. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and reputable US-based infrastructure providers.
