FitForge ("we", "us") provides software-generated general wellness, nutrition and fitness information for educational purposes. We are not a medical provider, dietitian practice, or healthcare service. Nothing in the service is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a physician or registered dietitian. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before changing your diet or exercise habits, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or take medication.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
Exercise and dietary changes carry inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all risks arising from your use of the plans and information provided. Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms.
Paid subscriptions begin after a 30-day free trial and renew automatically (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We notify you by email before your trial converts to a paid subscription.
Nutrition values are estimates based on standard food composition data and may differ from the actual products you buy. Plans are generated by artificial intelligence with programmatic safety checks and, where indicated, human review; despite this, errors may occur. Use common sense and your physician's guidance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You retain ownership of the information you provide. You grant us a license to process it solely to operate the service (generating and adapting your plans).
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
